Our capital raising efforts are primarily focused on placing equity capital for privately held and family owned companies. We generally target minimum capital raises of $10 million over a wide spectrum of financing products, structures and alternatives.
We are sensitive to the issues and complexities involved in fundraising and work with our clients to best position them for a successful capital raise.

Our team has extensive relationships with a global network of financial sponsor investor groups. Our relationships span traditional sources such as venture capital, growth capital, subordinated debt, mezzanine debt and buyout funds to less-obvious partners like hedge funds and a variety of other equity and debt sources.
