Mr. Wilson has over 15 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance and has advised on a wide range of transactions for clients ranging from early stage enterprises to Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and equity and debt financings. Mr. Wilson has diverse industry experience having advised companies in several industries including Technology, Energy, Industrial, Retail, Shipping, and Transportation.
Prior to W Partners, Mr. Wilson was a Managing Director at RA Capital Advisors where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to that, Mr. Wilson was a Vice President in the Investment Banking group at Thomas Weisel Partners in New York and London specializing in public and private equity offerings. And, as an associate at Cowen and Company in London, Mr. Wilson specialized in public equity offerings and cross-border financial advisory assignments and helped to establish the firm's European Investment Banking group.
Mr. Wilson began his investment banking career as a financial analyst at Cowen and Company in San Francisco. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University. Mr. Wilson is a member of several professional and industry groups and currently serves as director for three private companies and a San-Diego-based non-profit. Mr. Wilson is a FINRA-registered general securities principal.

Mr. Wickham has over 15 years investment banking experience advising middle-market and major U.S. and foreign corporations. He has advised clients in a diverse cross-section of industries, including consumer products, retail, agribusiness, aerospace & defense, healthcare services, medical technology, technology, wireless communications, heavy industry, alternative and renewable energy and electrical products. Mr. Wickham has advised clients in a variety of situations, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, strategic alternatives analysis, fairness and valuation opinions, private equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and other strategic and financial advisory services.
Prior to joining W Partners, Mr. Wickham was a Managing Director at RA Capital Advisors where he executed a variety of transactions, but primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions and private placements of equity and debt capital. Earlier, he was a Vice President in the New York-based Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse where he specialized in cross-border mergers & acquisitions transactions and emerging markets of Latin America and Asia.
Mr. Wickham began his career as a member of Ernst & Young's M&A Advisory group based in Dallas and Chicago, and an auditor with the accounting firm’s Consumer Products and Entrepreneurial Services Groups in Dallas. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Brigham Young University. Mr. Wickham regularly serves in advisory and board positions for private companies, industry organizations and charities. He is a FINRA-registered general securities principal and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Texas.

Mr. Weinstein joined W Partners at its founding and brings extensive transactional experience and financial knowledge to the firm.
Prior to joining W Partners, Mr. Weinstein was with RA Capital Advisors where he assumed a leadership role in providing advisory services to companies in various industries including aerospace & defense, healthcare, manufacturing and software. He specialized in providing mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring advice to the firm’s publicly traded clients.
Mr. Weinstein began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Assurance and Business Advisory group where he joined the Technology, InfoComm and Entertainment practice, first in New York and then in San Diego. Mr. Weinstein is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant licensed in California, and a FINRA-registered securities representative. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and master’s degree in accounting from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
