Todd D. Wilson has more than 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He has advised public and private companies as well as family offices on a wide range of transactions. His experience ranges from early stage enterprises to Fortune 500 companies and includes IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts and equity and debt financings. Mr. Wilson has diverse industry experience having advised companies in the consumer, energy, healthcare services, industrial and technology industries.

Before founding W Partners in 2009, Mr. Wilson was a Managing Director at RA Capital Advisors LLC (formerly Batchelder & Partners) where he advised on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to that, Mr. Wilson worked on a broad array of investment banking assignments at Thomas Weisel Partners and Cowen & Co. in San Francisco, London and New York.

Mr. Wilson regularly serves in advisory and board positions for private companies, industry organizations and nonprofit organizations. He also serves on the National Advisory Council for the BYU Marriott School of Business. He is a FINRA-registered general securities principal holding the series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. Mr. Wilson earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Brigham Young University.
Carl Miller has 15 years of investment banking and transaction advisory experience advising clients across a broad range of industries and working on a variety of engagements including mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, restructurings, strategic advisory, fairness and solvency opinions, litigation support, and valuations.
Before joining W Partners in 2017, Mr. Miller was a Senior Vice President at M.M. Dillon & Co. where he was a founding member of the Energy Team and provided strategic advice on a wide range of financial transactions. Prior to M.M. Dillon, Mr. Miller was a member of the Corporate Strategy and Business Development Group at AXA Financial, and was responsible for leading teams in the analysis and execution of both acquisitive and organic business development strategies for the firm. Prior to AXA, Mr. Miller worked in the investment banking group at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Miller began his career as a summer associate at J.P. Morgan.
Mr. Miller earned an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, and a BA from Brigham Young University. Mr. Miller is a FINRA-registered securities representative holding the series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
